Mr. Golden is responsible for the overall management of Marquette Healthcare Finance. An industry veteran, Mr. Golden brings 15 years of experience in healthcare lending to his role as executive vice president of MHF. Previously, he served in leadership positions with GE Healthcare Financial Services and Wells Fargo Foothill. He also had stints in healthcare lending with Credit Lyonnais and the Toronto-Dominion Bank, both in New York City.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Jennifer Sheasgreen is the Senior Vice President for Marquette Healthcare Finance responsible for Underwriting and Portfolio Management. Prior to this position, Mrs. Sheasgreen was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Aequitas Capital Management, a fund management and commercial finance company, which included CarePayment, a patient financing program offered to hospitals. Mrs. Sheasgreen spent the ten plus years prior to this in healthcare finance working for GMAC-RFC Health Capital. During her tenure she held various positions with GMAC-RFC Health Capital and its predecessor companies including Controller/CFO, Chief Credit Officer and the most recent seven years as the Executive Vice President of Operations. She has worked extensively with various financial products ranging from a securitized factoring product to middle market asset-based, cash flow and real estate revolvers and term loans.
Mrs. Sheasgreen is active in the Healthcare Financial Management Association and is certified as a Fellow through the organization and has served as a Board member. She graduated from California State University at Sacramento, College of Business Administration, with a major in Strategic Management.
